Job advice! Can't stand mine any longer!

I currently work at a secondary school as a LSA. Since a change of head teacher the behaviour of the students has become unbelievabley awful, staff are unhappy and over worked and I can't stand it anymore! However at the moment it means I can finish at 2.45 and collect my son from school (which I love). I really want to do something different where I am not responsible for managing the god awful behaviour of teenagers. However all my experience is with secondary age children. I love working term time and finishing early but feel utterly sick of working in education! I spend every evening searching for jobs but can't find anything appropriate. I am currently training as a counsellor but have another 4 years before I am qualified! Any ideas for lines of work that would fit all my needs or am I living in cloud cuckoo land!? I need change!

Did you enjoy the job before the change of HT? If so then the answer might be to move schools. Leadership/environment is so important.

I didn't mind it but prior to the new head I was working as an inclusion worker. She came in a tore that team apart and I was redeployed to the LSA dept. So now I'm bored and absolutely hating the fact that the school I have been at for 7 years has gone to pot! I often look at other LSA jobs but they all finish later so would mean sacrificing being able to collect my son from school. Not sure I want to sacrifice that luxury if it means I am just going into a job with the same issues.
