Hello,
I currently work 21 hours a week over three days. I am going to be changing my hours to work 21 hours over four days so 5.25 hours per day (Tue to Fri). Does anyone know if this will in turn change how I request holiday - would it be taken hourly rather than daily? I am sure HR will sort this out but just wondering if anyone in a similar boat or if anyone knows the calculations to work it out?
