Career change - best internationally recognised qualifications/jobs?

First time poster, long time lurker, so please bear with!

I want a career change, but am trying to weigh up what the most transferable/internationally recognised qualifications and careers are, and if it’s realistic that I could do any of them!

I currently have only a couple of not great A-levels and am a CeMAP qualified mortgage advisor working for a bank. I enjoy it but have no career prospects or chance of higher earnings. Also, I can only work in UK with my CeMAP qualification and we’ve talked about potentially moving out of the UK in the next 5 years time, potentially to Germany or Austria. DH works in IT, has good transferable skills & Microsoft qualifications. We have a DC(5).

So, with all the above in mind, would you recommend your job?

How did you train to do it, was it costly to qualify, & how long did it take you?

And lastly, if you have moved abroad, did you find it easy to get a similar job with your qualification in your chosen country?

I know that’s a lot to ask, so thanks for your patience in reading all that and for any advice you can give!
