I work 21 hrs compared to a full time 37.5.
If a bank holiday falls on a day I don't normally work I get prorata 21/37.5 of a normal 7.5 day i.e. 4.2 hours lieu.
If the day I normally work is a bank holiday I get the 4.4 hours but have to take 3.3 hours hol extra if I have the day off.Does the same apply on Christmas day - do I have to take holiday to have this day off(the place I work isn't open)or is this treated differently to other bank holidays.
