I was unable to return to my old job on reduced hours after my maternity leave so I had to find another job.
Went for interview for a simple sales admin job but was offered a much higher role managing the office and eventually the company for the directors. They were both part time.
I obviously took the higher job with more money as that it what I'd naturally do. However 4 months in and I've realised I made the wrong choice.
My boss isn't stable, as in they can't manage the work that they have, they shout and swear at staff (me included). She's also told me I'm not performing how I'm expected to and only doing 25% of what she wants me to do eventually. She won't spend much time with me to explain things.
I didn't even have a proper interview.
What should I do?!
