I started current job in June and probationary period is 6 mobths.
A higher position has come up but as maternity cover, I'm obviously able to apply for this position as its an in-house application.
My question is. Because I have not passed my probationary period yet will I get fair interview process? Or if get job will my pay increase?
This new position is advertised at £1000 less than what I currently earn to £4000 more than I earn p/a.
