I work Sat and Sunday (plus Thursday) and want to drop the Sunday as NO family time

are the days stated in your contract ?

bit hard to judge with so little detail !

if you were recruited to work those specific days it might well be contractual, but if you agreed to those days after being recruited they might not be.

best thing would be to ask employers - they may well agree if they can reorganise others to cover sunday.

yeah, sorry! they are my flexible-working hours after having kids and returning to work - have changed them a lot previously and only made the last change in March, so am thinking they have the right to say no as it's within 12 months......

argh!

Well if you're on flexible working you can only ask ! I'm not sure that there is a limit of how many times you can change your hours - but surely if you explain that working Sundays is not working out for you they would be sympathetic ? You can but ask !
