I'm pregnant, just accepted new job

I had an interview two weeks ago for my dream job. Got a call a week ago to say I got it. I took a test bracing myself for another negative and the thing was only positive. I've had two mc's so I'm really just panicking now about this plus the job. I literally can't turn this job down the money is too good. By the time I start I'm likely to be around 8 weeks so won't be able to keep quiet for too long. Me and my partner were joking about how this would be our bloody luck! I'm now bricking it!

Congratulations on the job and the pregnancy. No rush to tell your new employer, unless there are health and safety concerns - you can leave it until 25 weeks if you want to, although most people mention it after 12 weeks.

Take the job (unless you’re going to lose out significantly on maternity pay options by moving job). Enjoy. Do not feel guilty!

Thank you ladies. I'm just going to see how things go and try to hold off telling my new employer until I'm 4 months. I'm just going to do my best for the 2 months I'm there before I tell them and show them how much I want this job. They'll be able to see from my dates that when I accepted I didn't know.
