Letter to employer re: pregnancy

Anyone got an example of a letter informing employer of pregnancy?
Can't remember what to write and my brain is like mush at the moment!

I am writing to inform you that I am expecting a baby, my due date is..........., I will inform you in due course of he date I intent to start my maternity leave.
