Hello!
I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place, but will anyway!
I'm currently an LSA in KS2, I do really enjoy the job, it fits in well with the children and obviously holidays are a bonus.
However I have been thinking about a change into social care, it does really interest me - am I mad? Any social workers out there - can you advise me of work/life balance?
