Anyone good at working out annual leave, pro rata?

I work 30 hours a week over 5 days.

Annual leave is 20 days plus 11 public for full time staff.

Thanks.

You will get the same number of days, it's just that your days will be shorter. Unless your 30 hours isn't evenly spread over the 5 days?

What do you want worked out? You should be allowed to book 31 working days off throughout the year if full time staff also work their hours over 5 days

I'm assuming your annual leave is worked out in hours rather than days?

I'd say 20 days + 11 public holidays would mean you would get 186 hours per year.

What is full time in hours at your work place as this will make it more accurate to work out.
