Do you think DD should work (health related)?

Not sure if this is the right place but here goes.

Long story short, DD (19) was officially diagnosed with epilepsy in July, although she started having absent seizures at the end of 2017. She has not gone more than two weeks without having an absent seizure.

Her first lot of medication sent her straight to A&E as she had an extremely bad reaction. Her new medication has pretty much be ineffective - in August she had a grand mal seizure. Last month she had an ambulance called (by her hall) due to about ten absent seizures in a row. And a week later she ended up in A&E and was admitted to hospital for three nights for further testing. And last week she had a full grand mal seizure.

We live in New Zealand and she is coming to the end of the University year. She is desperate to work over our summer, however I am concerned about her health. She's been applying for jobs in retail.

Would you recommend her working?

I would recommend she gets this condition controlled with medication first.
