Paid holiday pay? New business

So the business has been sold. They said everything would stay the same. Final paycheck with original owners they have paid all holiday pay so now I have 0 hours. No notice nothing. Can they do this?

No, thats not right. Under TUPE your holiday entitlement remains the same unless you have reached the end of a holiday year and you've been paid what hasn't been taken.

Unless you are leaving employment altogether, it is not lawful to pay you in lieu of statutory holiday entitlement.
