I know I can't be the only one who have a crap boss who look down on people and too scared to stand up for his own team?

Please please please tell me how crap your boss is so I feel better about my situation

Yes mine too micro managing. I offer suggestions to improve business but does nothing about them . Doesn’t like me to take duties on when I offer cause she feels threatened by me but other staff pressures them when they have so much to do . I’m looking for another job but no offers yet but I’m going to speak to her about my issues anyway I think you should do the same.

They have all been crap but in different ways!
