Bit of a panic about holiday childcare...

So rather miraculously after being a sahm for the last 14 years, I've been offered a job which I've just accepted today. It's for 3.5 days a week. But now I'm thinking about logistics of the summer holidays and wondering what on earth people do. Three kids, 13, 11 and 8. Middle one is very introverted and hates to go to organised stuff. Older one would happily sit on her phone all day. Youngest wants to talk ALL DAY. Feeling a bit panicky. Please tell me it will be alright.

Summer we are doing school holiday club (which only operates first couple weeks of holiday) me and DH taking separate time off and sending the kids to MILs for a week.

Surely 13 and 11 YO can take care of themselves so just sort holiday club for 8 YO
