I returned to work from maternity leave and on a second day my new supervisor, male, gave me a pregnancy health assesment? He never gave one of these to anyone, he admitted it. He clearly did not know what he was doing. He told me to go through the check list on the form and talk to him about it. I told him that the check list is for him to discuss with me. The form said it was for expectant mothers and new mothers with babies under 6 months. My daughter is 1 year old.
It was uncomfortable to me and I kept saying that things being mentioned is no longer relevant.
Is this a standard thing to do?
