If you have applied for a job before - do you significantly change your application form?

I applied, I was told my application was excellent, I was given feedback about my interview, clearly told how to change it and asked to reapply if it was ever readvertsied

So do I go with predominatly the same form just tweak it or do I need to change it quite a lot?
