Work time rest breaks

I start work at 7:30 am until 5.00pm.
How long should I expect to get for a break and lunch break ?

I work 7:30-4:30 and get a half hour lunch break.

12 hour shifts, one hour break. Can go to make drink if work load allows. Could split into 2 half hour breaks if agreed

If you are really saying that you are sitting at your PC from 7.30 a.m. until noon without being able to get up to go to the bathroom, get a coffee or water or just stretch your legs then that is detrimental to your eyesight, joints and general health. Are you really not allowed to do any of those things?

Where I work it's 7:00am to 7:30pm with a half an hour break

Unfortunate - in my past jobs you had to ask to make a brew, and say when you were going to the toilet etc. If it was mega busy then you couldn't. You could stand at your desk but couldn't wander off for a walk

My old job that would have got you 2 x 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch
