So I went back to work from maternity leave in November. At the time I was 20 weeks pregnant (didn't find out until a few weeks later I was carrying ds) so id have been around 20 weeks. I used holiday up until the 1st December (which is irrelevant as I was entitled to it) so as soon as I had my first midwife appointment (25w) I gave in my mat b1. I also looked it up and to qualify for SMP, I needed to be back either 13 or 15 weeks. This was via maternity action support online.
So my HR manager didn't do anything. I kept pestering her to sign the papers and fill them in etc. She was no help. The papers weren't even done until I had to force leave. So I managed to work up until 33 weeks. I have sciatica and RA terrible. The pregnancy has made it so I can barely walk with the sciatica on top of aching joints. I had to leave. So I told HR after the paperwork I wanted holiday to take me up to 36 weeks to qualify for SMP again so I was covered.

Right, so. My HR manager underpaid me in the months totalling if I earnt enough for SMP. She owed me £700 which was finally backdated when I took it to head office. They sorted it. But again, HR, there's no record of this money. I'm contracted 16 hrs by the way. So my payslips show I've worked 16 hours a week which is around 63 units. But very low pay.
I had a phone call last week to ask where my matb1 is. She lost it again. They said they'd phone if they hadn't located it and I've heard nothing. But I'm supposed to have a letter now telling me what I'm being paid. I've been off now for almost 4 weeks.
She paid my holiday lump sum in one go so I think she's ignored my wish for holiday and put me straight on maternity. I was entitled to this holiday.
Also, they refused my antenatal appointments. This is from my line manager. An in the end I told her I couldn't re book the gtt so she made me have it unpaid which I'm told is illegal..

Where do I even start to sort it out?
