Am hoping somebody on this forum works at EY Consulting in London, and can check the intranet for the maternity leave and pay policy., please.
I need to know:
- What is the qualifying period to be eligible for the full duration of full or 90% pay
- How long for they pay full or 90%, before switching to the statutory minimum pay?
They are trying to headhunt me. But I don't want to lose out on account of lengthy recruitment process and salary negotiation followed by a long notice period at current job.
