I told my boss that I am pregnant, and specifically requested several times that I don't want anyone else to know yet. He confirmed he understood and that he wouldn't tell anyone.
He has now told four of my nine colleagues. None of them are to do with health and safety etc. Is this a breach of confidentiality?
Technically, there is no harm done as they would find out eventually, but I feel this stance of ignoring my request etc doesn't bode well for how I will be treated moving forwards....
