Starting my own business.. any advice?

I'm opening a tattoo studio with my DP within the next couple of months. We've already started viewing some properties, viewing some more on Monday.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice really in setting up a business? I'm feeling pretty organised at the moment, but any bits of useful information may come in handy!

Best advice is to put together a business plan ... that will get you started on thinking what you need and finances, profit etc.
You won't hsve all the answers to start with, but the business plan will allow you to make assumptions and then test/prove them..... from what are your costs startup and ongoing costs ....to what income do you expect or need to make a profit.

Get the business plan reviewed.

Quie often councils/ local authorities have business advisors to help startups.
