SAHM -Wish to go back to work but lost all confidence

Hi

I have been a SAHM for more than 3 years now and day by day I am loosing all self esteem and confidence in getting back to work or finding employment .I am really confused what to do now .I have done basic Degree in Biotechnology and couple of other courses .My CV also does not only lacks experience or expertise but also is very confusing .How to overcome and get guidance .Please help.

Are you actually applying? If so, what feedback are you getting? Three years is not all that much.

Maybe you could try National Career Service? I have had a very good experience with them. The lady with whom I am in touch, is amazing. She transformed my CV, reviews my supporting statements if I ask and even agreed to talk on telephone before an interview at very short notice. All for free. They will understand your needs and give you some direction hopefully.
