My boss is stalking me, what do I do?

Not only is she moving into the office where I work, but she is moving into the same village (she can see my house from hers), her dd will be going to ds's nursery and her ds will be going to dd's school!

She never told me what her plans were, she has moved from Kendal up here.

Is this not a bit freaky?

Tis a bit!! Are you good friends out of work?

Rhubarb · 20/03/2007 14:49

No. She does blab on about her kids but I try to keep our relationship professional as we don't always see eye to eye.

For instance, I asked for Thurs afternoon off in lieu if I worked through my lunch hours. Thinking this would accumulate half an hour at a time. But she said no, stating that it only counted if I worked an hour or more, even though it is actually up to her discretion and I do work bloody hard!

So having her this close is not pleasing me.

Oh not sounding too good then. Has she spoken to you or asked your opinion about the area/school etc or has she just sprung it on you? Can totally understand why you're p'd off though.

Rhubarb · 20/03/2007 17:27

Nope, this was fully sprung onto me.

Tell her your emigrating.

I am seriously considering quitting my job HD. But even if I do that I'll have to see her every day! And she's not the kind of person who would leave me alone.

This is the perfect excuse to bugger off back to France, or Transylvannia, or anybloodywhere!
