Freelance copywriters who might want work?

Hi all. I am snowed under at work and need to subcontract some copywriting work out. I don't have much of a network (as am a bit rubbish) and am struggling to find people who might be interested.

Do you have ideas about where I can find a copywriting community where I can look for people who might want ad hoc work? Anyone had good results through eg People per Hour?
