What does this mean and how much would I actually earn per year or month?

Hi, I've been looking at changing jobs and need to be able to compare the wage I am receiving currently for the hours I work against jobs being advertised to be able to consider whether it's worth going for. Getting confused with pro rata and salaried pay. I've seen a job advertised as Fixed term (6 months), £15,251 to £17,978 pro rata
15.25 hours per week worked on a 7 days on and 7 days off rota on evening shifts.

So I understand the 7 days on off thing but how much would I earn per month or year?

Is that the full time salary so you earn pro rata of that or is that already pro rata?

I would read that to mean if you were full time 37,5 hrs per week then the pay is 15,251 to 19,978 per year. So divide say the lower by 52 giving a full time wage per week, then divide that by the hours you work per week, not 100%sure on the on off weeks though, sorry !

£7.82-£9.22 per hour working with 52 weeks a year. Actually I think the true calculation is 52 and a bit weeks as there are just over 52 weeks in a year.

Assuming a full time week at this employer us 37.5 hrs, then you can work it out like this:

(15.25 / 37.5) x full time salary = pro rata annual salary

Then divide by 12 or 52 to get the weekly and monthly amounts.

So the lower end of that salary range would give you £119.27 per week
