Meeting after assessment test - have you had one?

I did one of those assessment tests for a job following an interview. It was an online one about working style. They want a brief meeting tomorrow to discuss the results. Is this a good thing? How would you prepare? Is it normal? Did my answers make me sound like a weirdo?

This is not a process I've been in before and I can't for the life of me remember what I said or what any of it means.

It's good practice to offer feedback to candidates of these tests, and for some of them, it's a requirement of having the licence.

If you answered consistently and honestly then you won't sound like a weirdo - don't worry! Go into the meeting with an open mind and judge for yourself how accurate it is, and what you can learn from it, if anything.

I think I didn't explain properly. This was the second stage of an interview process and it's the department manager of the company I'll be meeting tomorrow to discuss the results. Does it mean they're repelled by oddness or very interested in employing me indeed?

This job finding is a nightmare.

If they were that repelled, they wouldn't bother inviting you back to discuss anything! You're still in the running.

Every piece of feedback is a gift.

Even if they don't select you, you can use whatever they say for some useful purpose, or else discard as something you don't agree with, or can't do anything with!

Weird. It was just another interview. No reference to the assessment test at all. It was perfectly pleasant but not agree all what I'd been led to expect.
