Any experience of Next head office?

I've seen a job advertised at Next head office which may be of interest. It's quite a way from where I live.

Having read reviews online, I've struggled to find a single positive one. Does anyone or have they ever worked at Next in Enderby?

If so, could you please let me know your experience - are they a good place to work in terms of family friendliness? I'm thinking maternity pay, part time role, flexible working, working from home. All the things you can't actually ask in an interview!

Have you got your reviews from Glassdoor?

One thing Ive found is that people are much more likely to write a negative review than a positive, and if possible you really need to narrow it down to the exact office and department. Personally I view any company with a rating of over 3 out of 5 worth considering.

I know a couple of people who work for next and really enjoy it there. Not sure if thats of any help.
