Customer management software recommendations ?

Hi all - at the moment it's all very low tech in our admin office - looking at getting a system in place that can automate some reminders ( ie to send an invoice before a start date, to make sure a questionnaire has been sent, to remind us if it hasn't been filled in yet etc etc etc - maybe automate some responses to enquiries via email too ( if that's possible !)

No idea at all how to set this up - is there a freelance out there who can sort this please ! We are getting out website revamped shortly too - so ideal time to maybe integrate a new system into it !

So to update .... the lovely 'virtual assistant service' set me up on streak - and also did some other wonderful stuff too - she's a total star !!!

So been using streak for about a month ish.....

Plus points - it's easy to see where you are in the process - minus points it's not automatically picking out /moving into the boxes each email - and I get through quite a few each day !

Another minus is it easily confuses posts from one source ie my website or my Houzz emails and tries to link those all together ?! When most of they time they are from new individual clients - so there is some tracking ?! Just not where I need it !

Sadly all of the bells and whistles are added extras now ... and it's not that cheap !

So I'll stick with it ( in the free version ) until I get some spare time in the new year and then re think !

Good learning process though ! And got to meet a fab asset, 'the virtual assistant !' Can thoroughly recommend her !!!
