Wondering if any clever mumsnetters can help.
I've been made redundant 7 months into mat leave.
My contract is worded so that I am entitles me to 23 days holiday, plus 3 company days at Christmas plus bank holidays. Holiday year runs Jan-Dec.
What would I be due?
(23+8)/127
(23+8+3)/127
23/12*7 + 4 (for actual bank holidays in year so far)
(23+3)/12 + 4
Not sure whether I can include company days which land in December, or how to work out bank holidays. My work are pretty tight and useless so currently conveniently forgotten about my accrued level in their calculations!
