I start a new part time job at the end of the month despite a couple of requests they have still not told me which days they would like me to work.
In the interim (I was offered the job in June) I have been diagnosed with a thyroid condition and this will involve some appointments for blood tests and hospital appointments. As I don't know my working days, I have had to just go ahead and make the appointments. Should I inform them of the condition and my appointment dates before I start - I did not declare it on the medical form because I hadn't been diagnosed- or wait and see if they clash with work days.
