My council just said you're not allowed to run any business in a council property... Not even childminding

Is that actually true??

I'm trying to get myself working but finding it hard to figure out how around our circumstances atm

If it's one of the rules the Council quoted to you; I'd imagine it's true...

Yes, it's usually true. Doesn't apply to all councils but it sounds like it applies to yours.

I don't think they're lying - wondered If I had been misinformed as I know so many who do. Childminders mainly - ones who are registered and ofsteded
