Civil service interview HELP!

Hello
I have a AO grade civil service interview it's in the Insolvency service
It says it's for 45 minutes any idea what it is like and should I expect a test in the 45 minutes?? It seems quite long to the usual interviews I've had.......please advise how I can prepare

Which competences will you be interviewed on?

Ok, it's been a really long time since I did my interview training but I might ask things like:

Can you give an example of when you've had to work to a tight deadline?
Can you tell us about a time when you have had to re-prioritise your workload?
Can you tell us about a time when things have not gone according to plan? How did you manage the situation?

Do you know if you'll have staff?
Remember, it's fine to use examples outside of work. It's also fine to say "that hasn't happened, however I would..." if that's the case.
Take a sip of water if you need a few seconds to gather your thoughts.
Most of all, remember they don't want to catch you out. They want to know what you can do. They will probe further I'd you don't give the information straight away.
Ask for clarification I'd you need to.

Mine was in Birmingham

I scored 3 points on each question so was not successful....I didn't explain things well enough I think... the questions were quite simple but it's our understanding which is shown in our answer and how we cover the main points of the competency

Anyone had the blended interview with DWP AO grade working on PIP claimants.....if so what questions are asked? Thanks in advance for any effective info.
