I'll try to keep this brief 
I've recently been offered a new job, references taken up before interview and all good. Offered job on the same day as interview.
I need to complete a medical questionnaire and I'm a bit worried because I suffered some anxiety a few months ago. It wasn't work related at all - I have a terminally ill grandparent and for various reasons ended up caring for them alone on top of having a full time job and toddler because they refused outside help. Took four days off work to put things in place for them.
Issue was resolved well before Christmas and I took on additional responsibility at work after with no issues at all.
Do you think this would be a problem?
