A group of staff at work have put in a claim about our manager. They have given examples of when she has bullied and intimidated them.
A very senior manager (2 or 3 'ranks' above our manager) now wants to meet everyone to discuss.
Will she be suspended? Should her manager not get investigated too as she has 'allowed' it to continue and known what the culture of the dept was like.
Work all so difficult because of this and the uncertainty of what might happen now people have spoken up about how they're feeling.
