any advice please? posting on behalf of a relative of mine.
she works in a nursing home , there are patients who live there who smoke ,but due to their physical problems they are not safe to be left alone, so the staff have to sit with them. Some staff smoke themselves, so they don't mind, but the ones who don't are made to feel they are being awkward if they say they don't want to.
One of the staff has brought this up with the boss, who just said "someone else will have to do it,don't worry"
