Myself and a fellow mum of school age children have seen a job advert at a local school for a business support coordinator.
It's a 'full time' school hours role and an ideal role in essence. However neither of us wants to work full time and it occurred to us that this is a potential job share position.
I guess my question is what is the best strategy for suggesting this could work as job share? Should we be upfront with the employer and ask before even applying? Or do we apply regardless and discuss at our separate interviews (should either or both of us be selected?)
