My first paid employment in 5 years

just wanted to share with the group ....well force my way in to a new group really.

On Saturday I have my first casual shift with a restaurant as a cook/chef.

This is the first time anyone has paid me to work or cook in 5 years.

Very excited and a bit nervous.

Are you doing your world famous brownies.?

what is the restaurant like?

and can't emember where you live did you ever go to one of those the restaurant restaurants?

well it's the catering department of a restaurant and the event is a dinnerparty in a private (largish) house. I wanted to start in function catering as there's less pressure because there's no ordering.

Am a bit nervous only because they may find out I 'm a div and don't know my arse from my elbow.

I don't have any say on what goes on the menu LGJ, yet
