I have a till receipt and a receipt off the company saying they received it as a prize gift.

Can my accountant claim it back?.

I don't believe so, but may be wrong

Was the summer fayre raffle in aid of charity? If so then yes, you can put it through your books as a donation.

I would put this through as "advertising", or a donation. Just stick a business card on it, or get your name included on a list of prize donators, and it is advertising and claimable.

Are the people running the raffle a charity : do you have their charity number
in which case you could put a copy of the poster with their number in with the receipt and see what HMRC say if ever you get inspected.
