not quite going back to work but restarting career -self esteem

I have an interview for a promotional opportunity ...I know I can do the job...there are elements I have done before...some of it is networking / getting businesses on-board/ driving project forward...problem is I have no self-esteem and I'm sure this will show in interview. I've not done anything like that for over 10 years and I feel like a completely different person...how can I get over this hurdle and increase my confidence levels. Statistically I have a really good chance.

Is it with your existing company? Is there somebody that could mentor you internally to help you prepare? When is the interview?

Fake it until you make it! You know you can do the job, put on a positive face and show how good you are.

Interview 13th is internal ...yes will fake and act up a bit ...really need to sell myself x
