A quick question please! Regarding 'sharing' of my health info

Hi - hope someone can help me with this? If my manager disclosed information about my health to someone who was not part of the company, without my consent, where do I stand? Thank you

Your contract should have an undertaking that your employer will comply with the Data Protection Act in it.
If it turns out they have not complied, you could raise a grievance. I guess you could complain to the Information Commissioner too if you wanted to take it further.
