I need to make a statutory request to work part time to my employers. However, I would like to firstly request to work 2 days in the office and one day (or evening/afternoons etc to make up a days hours) from home. What I don't want to do is make a statutory request and mess it up for them to then go on to refuse me working 3 days a week. Can anyone help please and state exactly what I need to put in my letter without me messing up? I need to also state how it won't affect my employer's business but I'm not sure how to do this either. Help please!
