I am confused at the minute. I have 2 children 15mths and just turned 3. I currently work 3 days a week for my employer who lelet me go part time after my first. I noe have the opportunity to progressmy career with another company in a management role whixh is what i would like to do. However it would invve driving to work for an hour plus commute and working 4 days instead of 3. I love the idea of the work but scared it would be too much and that I would miss my kids growing up - although I do sometimes feel overwhelmed by their tantrums etv and secrety feel work is the easy option. Money wise there would be no advantage. Do you have any stories you can relate did you go from part time to more time or full time? Did it work for you were you happy or did you regret no seeing your kids as much? Thanks
