Missed out part of application, what should we do?

Hi,
DH applied for a new job and closing date was today. I have just been tidying up and have found part of the application form!
It is a separate page with 3 questions relating to driving. I remember reading in the application pack that if driving was required for the post then this part of the form had to be submitted or they would not consider the application.
The job he applied for requires some driving, what should we do?

Hi, I worked in personnel for a while and I would advise you to contact them on Monday morning and explain what has happened. Often the info regarding driving etc. does not actually get sent to the people who are shortlisting it will probably just be kept by personnel. I would definitely ring them and get it to them as soon as you can.
