Don't want to give too many details. A colleague more senior than me (but not my boss) is being horribly bullied by a snr manager who is renowned for horrible ways but most people just take it and won't challenge it. New colleague is being persecuted IMO because seen as a threat, very competent and intelligent. Colleague on verge of breakdown. I feel I should do something. But what? If anything? That won't land me in hot water too?
