Start Ups - accountants and advertising

I am thinking expanding and formalising the tutoring work I already do and starting a small tutoring agency. Initially it would just be me but, if there is sufficient demand, I would like to employ other teachers part time.

I have a meeting next week with an accountant. What questions should I be asking? Also I would like to get some advice on advertising but have no idea who to approach.

Hi hope your meeting went well with the accountant. Was wondering if you have managed to get some advertising advice at all, of course there are a lot of marketing companies out there you can just google using a relevant key phrase, however, some can be expensive.

I am from a marketing background and am quite happy to give you a few minutes to explore some methods you may wish to consider.

I got a bit of some experience with start ups as well which you may find really useful. You can use me as a sounding board for a good hour.
