Where do you all look for new jobs?

Hi
This is my first posting, so bear with me.
I am currently trying to recruit for my company and have found the traditional routes bringing us unreliable candidates (not good).
I have been wondering from the start whether we should aim for the part-time mothers' market (being a new one myself) but am not sure where you look for work.
Any suggestions?
thanks!

Any websites you all use?

I just posted an ad on this site and will be interested to see if it works - will let you know!

What sort of roles are you advertising? PT or FT? Thanks

fridayschild · 16/09/2006 11:18

pt

Fiona365 · 18/09/2006 13:17

I am after ft or pt, happy to be flexible on hours.

fridayschild, do let me know, as am finding it really hard to find good candidates through the traditional routes....

Mellowma - good for you! Let me know how it goes.
I am looking for telesales/telemarketing and ideally need 6 months+ experience, as it's a new role. Some could be home based.

Hi, I work part time for workingmums.co.uk and would be really interested in the problems you are having with our site. Would be grateful for any feedback - my email address is [email protected], thanks.

Ask your local branch of NCT to email all their members

Or join up and then discreetly pass the word around

News of part-time work travels very fast around the mummy-circles here

Mellowma - Have emailed you offline with details of the job.

BTW we did have an application from someone asking if part-time was possible and have lined up an interview for her.
