I have completed a TA course two years ago and have been doing voluntary work in my childs school for the last 7 years.
Have a lot of experience and enjoy working with children, but have yet to even get an interview.
It seems like so many mums are trying for the same job and know lots of mums doing the same TA course the competition is huge.
Feel so down as I don't know what other work I can do as need to take the children into school and also need the school holidays off.
Can't even afford a holiday for the kids yet so they are really missing out on things and feel so guilty.
Any ideas?
