How do employment agencies charge for p/t placement

Is it a percentage of the f/t or p/t salary amount?

Hi - It's a couple of years since I was in the business, but unless it has changed significantly, normally agencies charge a percentage of the actual salary that the employee will be receive. Sometimes that includes benefits, it depends on the level of employee really. Have a look at the agency terms and conditions.
