Like now for example, DH just got in, has spoken to boss 3 times today (who is on hols) and just about to go play footy with children and he's phoning now, not once, or twice but 7 times! I've told DH to leave it as he's too much. His boss is on holiday, 5 star luxury villa with staff and I know he's phoning now because his wife and main are putting their kids to bed and he's having a drink by the pool and wants to chew the fat with my DH for an hour. No joke, he can be on the phone for an hour or more times, sometimes at least once a day if not more.
He also says that he may not be able to pay him until more bills are paid which DH is chasing and some have come it. It's a new start up and cashflow is key, but DH is an employee with 20% stake but on a small salary. If he does not get paid we can't pay bills or eat. I work from home but it's a tiny amount. His boss loaded and a multi millionaire and lives in another world.
How can he deal with the high maintainence person with the constant threats of non payment of salary because he's super stressed and can't do what he is supposed to be doing!!!
